We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, fitness level, health metrics (height, weight), and workout and food preferences. We also collect usage data such as workout completions, meals logged, step counts, app interactions, and device information to provide and improve our services. Subscription and purchase history is processed by the App Store or Google Play; we receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your full payment details.

Your information is used to personalize your fitness experience, provide tailored workout, yoga, and nutrition recommendations, power AI features such as the meal scanner and AI coach, track your progress, send relevant notifications you have opted into, and improve our app features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

When you use the AI Meal Scanner or AI Coach, the meal photo or text you submit is sent securely to our AI provider solely to generate your result and is not used to identify you. We do not retain your images for advertising or sell them to anyone.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, row-level access controls, and regular security reviews. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through the app settings. Pro members can export their full workout and nutrition history as CSV from within the app. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to erase your account entirely, and we will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

FitYog is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
