Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FitYog application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

FitYog offers three paid subscription tiers — Basic ($1.99/mo or $19.99/yr), Premium ($5.99/mo or $59.99/yr), and Pro ($8.99/mo or $89.99/yr). New users receive a 14-day free Pro trial which begins at signup and requires no payment method.

Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing or cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or Google Play account settings (Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Free trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, in accordance with Apple's and Google's policies. Free-trial users are not charged unless they choose to subscribe.

Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively in accordance with their store policies. FitYog cannot directly issue refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases.

You agree to use FitYog only for its intended purpose of fitness and wellness tracking. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app or its content, nor abuse, automate, or attempt to circumvent any usage limits on AI or other features. Any misuse, including sharing premium content with non-subscribers, may result in account termination.

FitYog provides general fitness, yoga, and nutrition content for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the app is intended as, or should be interpreted as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is NOT a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, physiotherapist, dietitian, certified personal trainer, or other licensed healthcare professional. You should consult such a professional before starting, modifying, or stopping any fitness, yoga, or nutrition program — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, recovering from surgery or injury, under 18, over 65, or have any heart, joint, blood-pressure, respiratory, metabolic, neurological, mental-health, or other medical condition. Calorie estimates, target heart rates, recommended weights, recommended portion sizes, and AI-generated nutrition analysis are approximations and may be inaccurate for your individual situation.

Physical exercise — including strength training, weight lifting, cardio, HIIT, yoga, stretching, and any other activity featured in this app — carries an inherent risk of physical injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, illness, property damage, and in rare cases death. By using FitYog you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. You agree that you alone are responsible for: (a) determining whether you are physically and medically fit to perform any exercise or pose; (b) selecting appropriate weights, equipment, footwear, surface, and environment; (c) using proper form and technique; (d) warming up, cooling down, hydrating, and resting adequately; (e) stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign and seeking medical attention; and (f) supervising any minor who uses the app on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitYog, its owners, founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, content partners, instructors, and affiliates (collectively, the 'FitYog Parties') SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including without limitation injury, illness, death, disability, lost wages, medical expenses, property damage, lost data, or emotional distress — arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of or inability to use the app; (ii) any workout, yoga sequence, pose, exercise, nutrition plan, meal recommendation, AI-generated content, calorie estimate, or other content provided through the app; (iii) any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content; (iv) any interaction with another user or third-party content; or (v) unauthorized access to your account. You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the FitYog Parties from any and all such claims, demands, and causes of action, whether known or unknown. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the FitYog Parties' total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid FitYog in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the FitYog Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

The app and all content are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied — including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. FitYog does not warrant that the content will produce any specific fitness, weight, health, or aesthetic result.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of FitYog after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
